I seek to develop a trusting, collaborative, and empowering counseling relationship with all of my clients. .I use an integrative approach by combining person-centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and reality therapy to focus on your goals and needs.

My approach is two-pronged: I will help you 1) Understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do and 2) Learn to shift the mindset and behaviors that no longer serve you through research-backed modalities such as CBT and DBT.
