In the past 28 years, I have worked with people experiencing a wide range of concerns. I use mindfulness therapy as well as person centered skills and find Yogic breathing as well as guided meditation to be beneficial tools.

I am an integrative therapist, which means I work with both the mind and the body. I use somatic tools, movement and sensory awareness to help your system integrate unprocessed traumas, obstacles or blocks.
