I am an integrative therapist, which means I work with both the mind and the body. I use somatic tools, movement and sensory awareness to help your system integrate unprocessed traumas, obstacles or blocks.
Explore the patterns in life and relationships, both past and present, in order to be free from the inner self critic. The goal is to shift the negative thoughts, learn to identify triggers, and give you tools to create a new path forward.

I offer a space full of compassion. I actively collaborate with my clients in therapy sessions and my goal is for you to become empowered to take charge of your life. I provide the opportunity for you to be heard and the focus is on resolution.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe that everyone has a need to be heard without judgment. As a result, I practice active listening, treating everyone with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion.
Welcome curiosity into our sessions. You may be asking yourself, "how do I get rid of my anxiety and depression?" Instead I’ll first ask you to consider the question, "am I willing to understand these parts of myself more?”

My approach will vary depending on your needs and preferences. We can do interactive practices and exercises, or I can provide a listening presence that allows you to process your thoughts and experiences, or we can incorporate both.
