My holistic approach takes into account and addresses any factors that can affect our emotional health- relationships, significant life events, family dynamics, your worldview, chronic pain, nutrition, physical activity, and quality of sleep.

I use a variety of evidence-based modalities (EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, Sensorimotor & IFS) to treat a range of mental health conditions. My treatment ranges in scope from stress management to the processing of severe trauma.
