We'll work together to understand how and why painful thoughts and emotions show up for you, and if there are ways you can respond differently when they do.

My approach is science-based, compassionate, and collaborative. I want to understand you as a whole person, including what you're struggling with, what you enjoy, and what matters most to you.
Together, we will create emotional stability and whole brain/body integration. You will learn to thrive in life after trauma and cultivate the life that you’re proud of one day, one step at a time.

My clients share feeling deeply supported, seen, heard, and held in a safe, non-judgmental space full of healing and alignment. I work to help my clients embrace their unique character and let it shine for all to see.
Through my training and my own mental health journey, I can empathize and sympathize with the particular set of circumstances you want to talk about.

I try to make my therapeutic environment as comfortable as possible. In my eyes, it should be like having a close friend who you actually enjoy talking with. Difficult topics are easier to talk about when you know and trust who you’re talking to.
Work toward achieving the goals that led you to therapy. In the process of working on these goals, you will identify and take steps toward living a life that feels meaningful for you, even if some of your symptoms or struggles still exist.

My approach is individualized. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. In our work together, we explore which tools from each of these approaches would work best for you.
Walk through the tough times and embrace the positive times. Whether we are discussing substance use, trauma, anxiety or everyday life stressors, I am committed to being with you each step of the way.
