I believe the most important piece of therapy is you, the client. I work heavily from person centered and CBT techniques. Our session is your time to discuss whatever is on your mind, and there is no right or wrong way to do that, I will guide you.

My approach is individualized. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. In our work together, we explore which tools from these approaches will work best for you and jump right in.
