I do not offer a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I have training and experience in numerous approaches, such as EMDR, cognitive processing therapy, CBT, and various approaches to treat addiction/substance use.

I am a straight shooter and only work with teens/college students and their families so I am very comfortable navigating whatever comes up for you all. I am not only there for you during the session as that is not the only time the work happens.

I combine lived experience and clinical interventions to help my clients reach control over their lives. I utilize mindfulness, strength based treatment and trauma informed care in most sessions. My approach is heavily client centered.
