As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I especially enjoy working with clients who are exploring identity, navigating life with multiple diagnoses (including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, & ADHD), and building resilience after trauma.

My framework is relational-cultural theory, which focuses on empowerment and strengths-based change, while valuing the impact of culture and trauma in our lives. In my practice, you are always in charge of your own therapy.
Together we will work through past and present experiences that are negatively impacting your life. We will work to decrease distress and restore hope to your life. Life can be hard, but you don't have to go through it alone.

I focus on creating a calm and supportive environment that promotes hope and healing. I work with clients to increase coping skills, recognize and reframe distorted and intrusive thoughts, change negative core beliefs, and process trauma.
Together we will process your life experience and ho they effect the way you navigate life (relationships, self-image, career, etc.)

My approach is primarily talk therapy to help you understand your thought process to quickly identify thinking and behavior patterns.
Pulling from a variety of techniques, I generally work with a belief that therapy is about creating space to sit with emotions and really process how our past experiences impact the here and now. Nothing is too big or small to bring to therapy.

My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based where the unique elements of each individual's experience is a central focus. Your story is made up of many complexities that we will uncover and process as we work toward your goals.
Together we will discover the thought patterns that drive behavior, as well as ways to cope with whatever issues brought you to therapy.
