My approach to therapy: Picture this: you, me, and my furry therapist co-pilot (and hopefully a cup of coffee). My office is a comfy place where you can be real without any judgement. We'll dissect patterns and make plans to knock out depression symptoms.

My approach to therapy: After our first session we will get right to work. We will set goals and you can expect homework and exercises in between sessions, which will help you set your own boundaries, feel less irritable, and stand up for yourself in your relationships.

My approach to therapy: You can only talk about what you're aware of. My goal is to help you increase awareness of yourself, unresolved experiences, and habitual patterns that get in your way and keep you feeling the way you do. I integrate Gestalt Therapy, EMDR, and somatic approaches to help move issues that may be resistant to traditional talk therapy.

My approach to therapy: I offer a grounded presence and a space where all parts of you are welcome. I integrate EMDR, IFS, and (KAP) to support deep healing, not just symptom relief. I also employ somatic practices, yoga, and mindfulness to help reconnect with your body.

No matter what’s on your mind, the most important thing is to
know you’re not alone.
My approach to therapy: I help stuck men and women release problematic patterns through guiding them to a deeper and more authentic understanding of their life. Once a pattern is understood and released, I support them in stepping into their own personal power.

My approach to therapy: I truly believe that most people inherently know what’s best for them, so my approach is primarily client-centered. Sometimes tapping into that self-knowledge and self-awareness can be such a challenge with all the noise infiltrating our daily lives.

My approach to therapy: I look at people from a humanist perspective- as a whole, rather than from different aspects of their lives. My approach is drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy, Gottman Method, play therapy, and trauma-informed care.

My approach to therapy: that I'm not rigid in how I think or practice. Want someone who'll provide concrete exercises? Fine with me. Want someone to bounce ideas off of and get some feedback? Also fine! I try to be flexible to meet clients where they're at.

In-person therapy is a powerful tool. Just like when you’re in-person with the people you care about, you have more access to each other’s non-verbal cues. For both the therapist and the client, this can be helpful. Sometimes, people who spend their days working on computers or doing more socially isolated work feel that in-person therapy is even more valuable because it is a change of pace.
A big part of a therapeutic practice is creating a peaceful environment where the therapist and the client can comfortably focus. A therapist’s office should be a safe space free of distractions and outside influences. Because your therapist is in charge of that space, seeing your therapist in-person means you don’t have to worry about creating the right environment for therapy like you would if you went to therapy virtually from your own space.
In-person therapy also allows for more flexibility in the type of therapy like equine therapy, art therapies, or walk and talk therapies.
