My mission is to help you feel confident, equipped, and in control of how to manage your self-talk, anxiety, stress, and mood. I am trauma informed, meaning I put the client and their emotional wellbeing first.

My primary approach to therapy is through connection, presence, and acceptance. There is no judgment here. I want you to feel empowered to embrace exactly who you are and to help you discover who you are if you haven’t quite figured it out yet.

I love to ask challenging questions. Poking holes in our expectations and assumptions about our lives is the only way we can change. Finding new ways of looking at the world can shift our entire experience in ways we never knew.
