My approach involves using the trust and understanding we build together to create personalized, attainable, and measurable goals. Each session I will challenge you to work towards achieving those goals but I will also give you the tools to do so.

I like to have a conversation, we can start with how your week is going and figure out where you may have struggled and build a list of goals from there. We can go through past experiences and see how it may have influenced the present.
