I focus on the mind-body-spirit connection because our deepest struggles are pre-linguistic. We struggle to find words that do our feelings justice. I like to include dream analysis, hypnotherapy, shadow work, archetypes, & mythology.

I use evidence based tools. The therapy techniques I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy based. During my first session, we will collaborate to create a plan for addressing the issues that are most harming to you.
