Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is my jam. It's an evidence-based approach that has been shown to be effective for a multitude of struggles, including anxiety, depression, and life adjustments.

I love to work with individuals, families and couples to find their strengths and then apply those strengths to the problems or issues they are facing. My hope is that we are able to process feelings and events and learn prosocial coping skills.

We will do a lot of solution-focused and strength-based work. I use a few modalities mixed together throughout sessions and we'll see which works best for you. I also use a lot of Accelerated Resolution Therapy which helps bring relief quickly!

I use a variety of modalities and methods however ultimately therapy boils down to the rapport I have with you. I believe that everyone is capable of change. My job is not to change you but to guide you to change yourself.
