I utilize my Somatic training to use the body to work in the present, past, and sometimes future. It is a wonderful way to be whole and feel authentic. I like to emphasize Identity outside of our social obligations as well as connection.

Most of us didn't grow up in perfect families or a perfect culture & it has lasting impacts. In my clients, it often presents as perfectionism which can be an exhausting place to live in every day. Clients feel burnt-out, irritable, lonely & anxious.

Therapy can be really hard, so I like to joke around (when appropriate) to lighten the mood a bit. I am honest and forthright. I will gently challenge you, the purpose is to push you outside your comfort zone and towards growth.
