I have specialized training allowing me to offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is able to challenge ingrained beliefs we may have about ourselves, and process memories related to past trauma or stressful life events.

that I have learned that, with trauma, sometimes talking can only do so much. I fill your coping skills toolbox and then use EMDR and A.R.T. to 'rewire' the brain so that traumatic events don't keep popping in your mind and take over your emotions.
