My approach focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with an emphasis on Irrational Belief Systems and Thinking Errors.

I am passionate about helping clients deal with anxiety, stress, and trauma. Exploring the mind body connection, changing negative thoughts patterns, and utilizing mindfulness are all effective ways to cultivate positive change.

I had the privilege to be under the wing of mentorship of Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, the renowned Gnostic-Jungian scholar. With this background, I have created my own method of therapy over the last 18 years; I call it “Gnostic Pneumatherapy”.
