I use an exclusive approach known as Integrative Depth Psychology where we explore issues through four pillars that make up my approach. I use cultural sensitive, humanistic, intersubjective, and Jungian modalities to set the groundwork for therapy.

My primary approach is psychodynamic and I utilize CBT/DBT techniques when appropriate. I work collaboratively with you to explore how past experiences impact present functioning.
