This is a group practice and we all have a casual, warm, comfy, easy going demeanor- sometimes we may even curse during sessions ;) We utilize evidence based interventions in a relaxed, Telehealth atmosphere. Leggings, dogs and babies are welcome!

It is primarily Person-Centered; I meet you where you are in your journey toward wholeness of mind/body/spirit. I draw from a diverse set of theories, including Psychodynamic (Jungian & Object Relations), Attachment, CBT, Narrative, and Existential.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). CBT works on our thoughts and how they affect our moods and actions. MBCT works well with CBT to help us stay in the present moment.
