My approach to therapy is relational, integrative, and psychodynamic. I believe that we all have a deep capacity for healing, but it can be difficult to fully access our inner strengths and resources without support.

I utilize a variety of interventions to tailor the therapy to the client which are Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential, REBT, CBT, and Structural Family Therapy. I look to help discover healthier forms of communication skills.
