My approach is Psychodynamic, with a focus on exploration of feelings, relationships, past experiences, and the unconscious. I also appreciate that our early experiences with attachment figures shape our self-concept and our relationships.

I provide trauma informed therapy to support people of all walks of life that are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and survivors trauma. I implement evidence based practices such as CBT,DBT,SFT but it depends on your needs.
