My approach to therapy is influenced by Aaron Beck who founded Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Many people struggle with misconceptions about themselves. These misconceptions are created by the environment. I also use EMDR.

I practice what is known as Unconditional Positive Regard with my clients, something that is necessary in the therapeutic relationship I believe. This coupled with treatment matching is where we begin.
