I had the privilege to be under the wing of mentorship of Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, the renowned Gnostic-Jungian scholar. With this background, I have created my own method of therapy over the last 18 years; I call it “Gnostic Pneumatherapy”.

I am trained in somatic approaches this means we will work on building a relationship between your mind and body. This may look like exploring sensations to learn when emotions are expressing themselves to help you develop skills to bring balance.
