Although I am well-versed in CBT, mindfulness and trauma therapy, I tend to often approach therapy from a humanistic lens - Where I accept individuals without judgement, honor their experiences and assist them in reaching their full potential.

I treat trauma through the lens of mind/body connection. I primarily use EMDR, which bridges the trauma stored in your body/mind/spirit to allow healing, CBT, which helps you identify and replace unhealthy thoughts, and DBT to teach coping skills
