The foundation of my work is psychodynamic. This means that the factors and experiences that have led to where you find yourself at this time are explored and processed. Additionally, I make use of mindfulness and behavioral modalities, when helpful.

I use client-centered approach to therapy which means that the focus is on the client as the expert and I am there to help them identify their goals and support them on their journey. I use education and resources to help clients feel empowered.

I will meet you where you are at. I believe everyone is different, and because of that, I approach everyone as unique individuals. I appreciate humor and sarcasm. and want everyone to feel they can be their authentic self while in therapy.
