My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, somatic experience-focused, and attachment-based. During my sessions, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Relationship Therapy.

I use CBT, Trauma Informed Care, DBT and other modalities to treat symptoms and help improve quality of life. I don't suscribe to a "one size fits all" approach. We do what realistically will work for you in your life.
