I love to learn what works best for you in therapy. I can take a more directive approach to help you with accountability, or provide a space for you to process and make sense of your emotions and experiences.
Therapy is a space to feel grounded in which we will work to gain a non-judgmental perspective on your struggles and put our minds together to strategize ways forward.
