I practice psychodynamic therapy. My approach is warm, non-directive, non-judgmental, and holistic, as it welcomes you as a whole, including your history, your background, your personality, and your embodied experience.
Together, we will help you understand yourself better: what you're made of, what you want, what you're good at, and what you need to do to grow into the person you want to become.

I have an eclectic approach; I use a lot of cognitive behavioral methods (examine unhelpful thinking habits) combined with psychodynamic exploration (family history) to make connections to current difficulties. I also tend to use humor.
In a safe, warm, nonjudgmental space we will come to understand the hidden sources of your suffering, troubling symptoms or unhelpful behaviors. We will help you reclaim your innermost self, feel whole and achieve a greater sense of happiness.
