I have found that mindfulness-based therapies, behavioral approaches, and other modalities like motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy are proven to be effective in individual therapy. For relationship therapy, emotion-focused therapy has shown great results. And when it comes to family therapy, structural family therapy has been incredibly helpful.
