My work is driven by a focus on multiple levels of identity development. I specialize in guiding identity-based work among young adults, immigrants, and people of color experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and family issues.
We work under the belief of 3 key principles: (1) everyone has the ability to change (2) while we cannot change what happened in the past, we can change how those past events affect us in the present and (3) we are always in charge of our emotions.

I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with relationship problems, trauma, depression and anxiety. I utilize a solutions-focused style that combines CBT techniques with a family systems approach.
