Having “been there, done that”, I am unique in being able to truly understand what you and your family are going through. I take a person-centered approach with the understanding that your experiences make you the expert on yourself.

I like the collaboration part of therapy where clients are very motivated to work towards their goals and me as their therapist will meet them where they are at to achieve those results. I use modalities like CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.
Together we will discuss what might be impacting your success in life, relationships, work, etc. We will talk about how you would prefer to feel and how you'd like to manage relationships and then practice implementing skills to get you there.
