I do not practice traditional psychotherapy. My aim is to teach you how to effectively apply mindfulness to your daily process. I have taken ancient techniques regarding mindful awareness and tweaked them to be more applicable to modern day life.

I gather a lot of background information and collateral information to get a holistic picture of what treatment (physical & mental health) that the patient has had in the past and then I assess the current symptoms with the patient and plan together.
