I used evidenced based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I work collaboratively with clients in a supportive environment to help you reach your goals.

From the first session, we help you get clarity about how to move forward and start feeling better. We are smart, compassionate, thoughtful/active listeners. Ellen, David and I are experienced and use several modalities (CADC, EMDR, CBT, ACT, etc)
