A strong positive client/therapist relationship is the most important element for change in therapy. Carl Rogers, a famous psychologist, described it as unconditional positive regard. Within this relationship anything is possible.

I provide verbal therapy and/or music therapy, we can decide together. You are the focus and your goals and wishes drive the therapy. I focus on listening and learning about you, and share my reflections and knowledge to help you meet your goals.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). As a registered dietitian, I also believe in the power of nutrition and physical activity for mental health.
