I take a strengths based, solution focused approach. I hope to be a safe place to unload whatever feels heavy in the moment, while helping you develop and practice strategies to make lasting changes.
My hope is that you will feel heard, relaxed and find therapy to be helpful in reducing stress related to past traumas. I hold space for you to grieve, express yourself on your terms, finding that therapy can be enjoyable amidst tough emotions.

An eclectic approach that includes engaging on a multitude of levels, my intention is to listen and process your current or past experiences. I use story-telling, Narrative Approach, cognitive processing, mindfulness, and EFT/Tapping.

My biggest takeaway from therapy was how crucial the therapeutic relationship is; so much more work, growth, and healing can be done when you feel safe with your therapist, when you feel they really see you and understand you.
