I am an EMDR trained therapist, and I am passionate about helping others heal those trauma wounds that just feel stuck or frozen in place. My approach to therapy is eclectic–meaning that I pull from a variety of counseling methods.

I am not limited to working with only trauma survivors. I see children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, autism, and many other concerns.
