My approach to therapy is being laid back and non-judgemental. We all have issues that we go through and it helps when you have someone that does not judge you for your actions. Instead, I offer complete acceptance.

I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I believe in creating goals for what you want to accomplish in therapy and working collaboratively to meet them.
