My view of therapy is finding "Truth," which will "set you free" from anxiety, depression, and stress, overall from human suffering. Furthermore, therapy is nurturing "Inner world," recognizing you are not just "Thoughts," "Emotions," or "Body."

I try to use a strengths-based approach and always meet my clients where they are at. Many clients come to therapy being very hard on themselves and I want them to feel comfortable being vulnerable with me.
