My work is primarily person-centered as I believe answers come from within. I integrate perspectives from mindfulness, polyvagal theory and internal family systems - connecting mind, body and spirit.

I tend to have a psychodynamic approach, meaning that I tend to look at how your childhood negative learned behaviors are affecting your current relationships and help you unlearn them.
