Start with the intake phase, which I learn more about you and what you hope for, as well as gather historical/familial history. Then, we talk more about your goals in-depth and I offer ideas about treatment. Then we get started on your therapy path!

My therapeutic approach values a strong therapeutic relationship. I use a collaborative approach that is influenced most by: Interpersonal Neurobiology, Parts Work, Brene Brown, and Attachment Science.
Use our conversations to explore how your brain works and identify supportive solutions for you. We will focus on how thoughts impact feelings and create behavioral strategies that improve your quality of life and increase acceptance of yourself.

I am committed to helping people find their path and take action to move forward in their lives. Therapy is a place where we can learn how to get “unstuck” and counter the worries that create doubt and uncertainty in ourselves.
Collaboratively work toward goals that you establish from your values system and develop personal confidence, growth, and clarity to your desired lifestyle.

I am a very interactive and charismatic person that involves lots of life enhancing tools, education, and assessments for growth. I am prudent about the timing of strong approaches when needed that is honest and fair.
I want you to feel empowered to bring any topic to therapy. Whether we discuss childhood, past relationships, present stressors, or future concerns, we will aim to identify patterns, with hope of fostering a better understanding of yourself.

Through the therapeutic relationship, I will aim to see the world from your perspective. We will explore your stressors, thoughts, and emotions to find connections. We will highlight and embrace your strengths while building up your coping toolkit.
Together we will work to gain insights on your problems, learn ways to destress, and find ways to communicate your needs to the people in your life.

My approach is 1st and foremost we can talk about what you want/need to talk about. When people want some fast effective progress we can work at exploring the reasons why they do what they do. I also like to use relaxation techniques.
