My approach is 1st and foremost we can talk about what you want/need to talk about. When people want some fast effective progress we can work at exploring the reasons why they do what they do. I also like to use relaxation techniques.

I apply a Solution-Focused approach to ask important questions and to stay aware of the change you seek. I utilize CBT to challenge and replace unhelpful beliefs that no longer fit. I am not the expert, you are, and I am your personal facilitator.
