After our first session we will get right to work. We will set goals and you can expect homework and exercises in between sessions, which will help you set your own boundaries, feel less irritable, and stand up for yourself in your relationships.

I believe that each individual has the abilities within themselves to make the desired changes. Many may not realize they have these abilities but it is my intent to help each person determine what they want and help them get there.
