I treat trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) alongside a somatic approach to therapy, which means we'll explore sensations in your body as we also study your thoughts and feelings.
Clients are able to discuss their feelings freely. I work to provide a comfortable space for them to ensure they are able to meet their goals. No issue or struggle is too big or too small to work through together.
