My approach to therapy: As someone who was diagnosed later in life with ADHD, I was not surprised that the majority of my practice in the last 20 years has been with neurodiverse clients. In addition to being trauma informed I have extensive knowledge about therapy from the perspective of being a professor for 15 years. I work extensively with perimenopause and mental health.

My approach to therapy: A puzzle is a good metaphor for this process. In our first session, we spill out the pieces, step back, and wonder how they fit. In the sessions that follow, we work side by side to find what’s missing, forgotten, or hidden. It can be painful or dull, but also fun and surprising. Slowly, an image forms: your life, already whole and still growing.

My approach to therapy: I want to get a thorough understanding of your situation before I make action suggestions for making things better for you and those you care about. By the third or forth session, most of my clients report improvement and feeling better.

My approach to therapy: I tailor my approach to my clients. Sometimes just having space to explore thoughts and feelings allows for new insights. Others may benefit from support and validation, gentle challenging, or practical tools to manage stress and process emotions.

My approach to therapy: I offer systems therapy rooted in narrative and neuroscience, with a small caseload that allows for deep, attuned care. This isn't about fixing—it's about reconnection. Together, we'll honor your full story, understand your nervous system, and untangle patterns that no longer serve you. You're the expert in your healing; I'm here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy: My priority is to understand the client's vision and goals, not to present my own. I use a unifying framework for therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. I lead with empathy, curiosity and non-judgmental acceptance in every session.
