We will do a lot of work together, but my goal is to make “walking through” your uncomfortable moments more bearable. Sessions will begin with what is currently on your mind. Our work is a gradual and continuous, even outside of our sessions.

Therapy can and will look different for every individual. Therapy is hard work, and also fun and rewarding. My approach to therapy is evidence-based and tailored to your needs and goals, which may change and pivot over the course of therapy.
