Sessions skew towards a relaxed conversational style, I'm rarely directive. Instead, I prefer to focus on helping you examine your actions and thoughts. The focus and depth of our examination will be driven by you and facilitated by me.

I use expressive arts, mindfulness- and nature-based therapies with a holistic, integrative, you-centered approach. In a session with me, you may explore your topics outdoors, through a spiritual lens, or using creative and/or dramatic exercises.
