My counseling expertise utilizes skills and techniques drawn from: Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Through gentle exploration and skill building, you will be guided to a place of understanding, acceptance, and compassion for where you are in your journey and how you got here. I like to use CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions.
