Sessions with me usually look a lot more like a deep conversation than you simply talking. Talking can be very therapeutic (and I promise there will be lots of that!), but I’m someone who will really get in there and be dynamic with you.

My primary therapy style is REBT, though I utilize many other therapy styles based on client needs. I have certifications and trainings in REBT, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Vocational Counseling and Sex Therapy.
