We can do formal skills, but I take a more casual approach because research shows the relationship between us and what you already have to bring to the table is the most important. Mindset is key and we can discuss how yours is working for you.

My approach to therapy is trauma-driven and client-centered, with a splash of humor. I have specialized training in trauma and trauma-processing techniques and experience with anxiety, depression, teen identity struggles, and school difficulties.

I provide trauma-informed therapy in a way that makes clients feel safe and heard. I help w/anxiety, depression and all types of trauma. My specialty is complex trauma which is abuse and neglect typically spanning childhood.
