In our first session, we will complete a plan of the work ahead. We will set a clear time frame to have markers for your progress. Most patients see gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and consistent improvement thereafter.

Gianna has experience working with individuals and couples to address life stressors and trauma that impacts self and relationships. When we do not feel settled, we feel distress. My approach is to support a more settled and safe self.
