I had the privilege to be under the wing of mentorship of Dr. Stephan A. Hoeller, the renowned Gnostic-Jungian scholar. With this background, I have created my own method of therapy over the last 18 years; I call it “Gnostic Pneumatherapy”.

I use a blend of cognitive and somatic approaches in treatment. I enjoy working with mindfulness and body awareness to help people connect more deeply with their physical experience of their emotions. I am trained in Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, and IFS.

A session with me looks like: diving deep to figure out the root causes of your struggles today, what to do about them, then ending with a calming meditation or breathing exercise so that you'll be ready to go on with the rest of your day.
